True stories and ghost stories about family caregiving

亡母は、「聞こえる人」だった。

でも、その知識も自覚もなく、誰かがののしっているのだと、何年もずっと、思い込んでいたのです・・・

Her late mother was ``a person who could hear the words spoken by spirits.''

However, we had no knowledge of spiritual phenomena, nor were we aware that they were spiritual.

She had poor eyesight and could barely see, so for years she believed that someone was cursing her...

「家屋の浄化で幻聴が消えた」

平成二十四年に、鳥影社から自費出版した家族介護の事例報告「越し方もゆくてもはるか岐路に立つ」ですが、電子出版に際し、「実話怪談」としました。介護のジャンルでは扱えない「霊現象回避を目的とする家屋の浄化」が、幻聴軽減のきっかけになっているためです。

脳血管性認知症・アルツハイマー型認知症を併発した母は、後年、見える方から指摘されたように、「霊の言葉が聞こえる人」でありました。当時、本人にその自覚がなく、家族もそれを霊現象だとか、あるいは、なにかの病気だとか、なんの知識もないまま、ただ振り回されていたのです。

この本では、家屋の浄化をきっかけに、幻聴と家族のかかわりが変化していく、その経過を、事例報告の形でつづりました。実話怪談が大好きな方、認知症という病気を知りたい方、家族介護のさなかにある方、また、その当時を振り返りたい方に、ふしぎな話としてお楽しみいただければ、光栄に存じます。

In 2012, I self-published a case report on family caregiving, ``Standing at a Crossroads, No matter how far we go,'' published by Torikagesha.

When publishing electronically from Amazon, I decided to change the genre to ``True Ghost Stories.''

This is because the ``purification of the house for the purpose of avoiding spiritual phenomena'', which cannot be handled in the nursing care genre, is the trigger for the reduction of auditory hallucinations.

My mother, who suffered from cerebrovascular dementia and Alzheimer's disease, was someone who could hear the words of spirits, as someone who could see later pointed out to her.

At that time, she was not aware of it, and her family had no knowledge that it was a spiritual phenomenon or that she was suffering from some kind of illness, and we were just left at our mercy.

In this book, I have written in the form of a case report how the family's relationship with auditory hallucinations changed as a result of the cleansing of the house.

We hope that those who love true ghost stories, those who want to learn more about the disease dementia, those who are caring for family members, and those who want to look back on those days will enjoy this mysterious story.

改訂3版、ちょっとずつ英訳しています。

日本語と英語の対訳になります。

内容も見直しています。

Revised 3rd edition, I am translating it into English little by little. This book is translated into Japanese and English. I am also reviewing the content of this book.
