私の事業所では、

最近は、シフトから外してもらうだけではなく、
その日は希望休を取り、
私自身もボランテアでイベントに専念させていただくことにしました。
演奏ボランテアさんと、ゆっくり交流しながら、
準備や片づけも行います。
私は楽しいのでそれでいいのですが、
どの職員さんもそうできるわけではありません。
24時間交代制のシフトでは、月に出せる希望休が2日だけ。
思うようにお休みが取れないのが、介護現場。
幸い、私の事業所では、希望休を月の土日分出していいことになっています。
土日が8日なら希望休は8日まで。
10日あれば、10日の希望が通ります。
なかなかこういう事業所がないので、とてもありがたいです。
