YOUKAI 絵本を 作っています。
いろんなイベントにお誘いいただいて、
出店させていただけるようになり、
創作張り子や絵本のほかに、
小さいグッズを考えました。
とりあえず、シール。
絵本の紹介を兼ねて、
名セリフをシールにしました。
8枚セットで500円です。
どのシールが、どの絵本のものか、
わかりますか？
雪女は、2枚とも
表紙のままなので、わかりやすいですね。
なみ姫、あわ姫も、
すぐにわかります。
ほら、もう、半分わかりました！
絵本の題名から、
「ヨメこ」はわかりやすいですね。
「みつくちあわせよ」も、題名からわかります。
さあ、ここから。
「ならぬものはならぬ」は、
会津の有名なことばです。
「していけないことは、どうあってもしてはいけない」
という意味です。
で、お面が、「ヨメこほしなあ」と言った
あんにゃのお面。
でもこれ、実は、
白狐に叱られている場面なのです。
「メシくわねヨメこほしなぁ」
「ならぬものはならぬ！」
つまり、そんな意地悪してはいけない！と
白狐のカミナリが落ちるのです。
「みづくちあわせ」の改訂版に出ています。
実はここ、改訂前の絵本では、
文もお面もちょっと違っています。
改訂版では、
「みづくちあわせよ」のページも、
お面と文が変更になっています。
「みづくちあわせ」とは、
「三者で話し合え」という意味の、会津の方言です。
「生者も死者も、神々も。みづくちあわせよ」
この文ですが、
「なおもりのなわばり」で、具体的な事例が描かれています。
お城の図面がうまくできないことで、
悩んでいる 直盛氏。
見かねた家族が、田中稲荷におすがりします。
田中稲荷は、「直盛がじきじきにまいれ！」と
ここでも、カミナリを落とします。
でも、家族は、直盛氏に、うまく伝えられない・・・
何故かと言いますと、
彼らは、死んでいるからなのでした。
死者になっても、生きている家族を支え、
応援している姿が、描かれています。
「死んでいる」と言われ、
納得のいかない微妙な表情が、
とても美しい場面です。
「んだぁ、わんげさ、やびなんしょぅ」
これ、実は、矢吹町の方言です。
同じ福島県民ですが、
聞いたことがありませんでした。
「やびなんしょう」って、「おいでなさい」という意味です。
なかなかヘビーな方言かもしれませんね。
ここでいう「ヘビーな」とは、
高齢者しかわからない、古い方言という意味です。

This is a famous saying from Aizu.
"Whatever you can't do, you mustn't do it."
This means that.

This is a scene where he is being scolded by the white fox.
"I want to eat, my wife."
"What must not be done must not be done!"
In other words, don't be so mean!

It appears in the revised edition of "Mitsukuchiawase."
Actually, in the picture book before the revision,
The writing and the mask are slightly different.
In the revised version,
The "Mizukuchiawase" page is also available.
The face and text have been changed.
What is "Mizukuchiawase"?
This is an Aizu dialect phrase meaning "discuss among three parties."
"The living, the dead, and the gods. May the waters come together."
This sentence,
A specific example is described in "Naomori's Territory."
I can't draw castles well,

Unable to bear the sight, the family turns to Tanaka Inari for help.
Tanaka Inari said, "Naomori, please come in person!"

Although we are both Fukushima residents,
I had never heard of it.
"Yabinanshou" means "Come on in."
It may be quite a heavy dialect.
Here, "heavy" means
It means an old dialect that only older people can understand.
